I have
Company A has
1.TMS 13.2
2. VCS-C X7.1
3. VCS-e X7.1
3. CUCM 8.6
Company B has
1. CUCM 8.6
2. TP CTS3010
I am trying to integrate our Company A VCS and Company B CTS3010. Could someone please help in finding the best possible solution to integrate it.

Hi,
You Would also need VCSe in the Company B so that Company B can send the calls out to company B. Without Having it, you will not be able to reach out to the Company A.
So in Short you would need VCSc and VCSe in Company B also.
Or the other way, is to have H323 Gateway talking to CUCM in Company B so that the call can be routed.
Thanks,
Saurabh

Thanks for the information Saurabh.
Even we were planning of having H323 gateway in Company B.
So, having a trunk from Company B to Company A CUCM will work to initiate the calls to VCS from CTS, but want to understand how calls work viceversa and how will be the call flow??

Hi Uday,
can you clarify a bit your design??will you be having the interclisuter trunk from CUCM A to CUCM B and then VCS will be integrated to CUCM A??
so to me the scnearion looks like
CUCM B <--intercluster--> CUCM A <--SIP--> VCS
Trunk
if that's the case then yes you can certainly make and receive the call from CUCM B to VCS.
Am i right in my understanding ???
