Does the video option on CUPC only work with softphones or is this suppose to work with IP phones as well?
Trying to see if this is a limitation or if I just don't have my configs setup correctly. When I try and switch to Deskphone, I don't have the option to use the video.

Softphone is nothing but a software acts as a telephone and CUPC includes softphone. You can view video images in conversations with the People who use Cisco Unified IP Phone model 7985. So, before you use video option you must set the phone mode to soft phone.

Hi,
The CUPC for video only works in Softphone mode.
In DeskPhone, you must use CUVA.

with cupc 8.0 you can't install CUVA :-(
