D9854 Advance receiver error

I am trying to configure D9854 Advance receiver and getting the following error. Please suggest the solution.

Error message.

Boot 5.00 copying safe app code

Checking secondary

other erro.

Component ‘wdog’ failed to init in phase 3

Hello, have you solved it?

This hapend me last week. Same error message.

Is possible something like force upgrade via TFTP or something like this?

It is brand new receiver and cisco guy told me, the repair taker 40 days... This is ....  crazy man.

If i know it, i will never buy cisco product for TV solution.

I'm having the same problem on a D9854.

Seems like I'm going to have to replace the receiver. :-(

Had to RMA the unit.
