dealing with unwanted Incoming call to SX 20 during conference

Could someone please help me with a problem that I have with a new SX20 system.

Is there any way that the system can be set to do not disturb once the first call is in place?

on the Polycom VSX 7000 there is a setting in the multipoint option to auto-answer multipoint calls, no auto-answer or to reject the call.

This means that the first call can be set to auto-answer and any subsequent calls will be rejected.

Is there any way that the SX20 can be set up in this same fashion - to auto answer the first call and to then reject any other incoming calls in 'do not disturb' mode

The only option that appears to work is to either reject all calls or to have unwanted calls 'ringing' during the session.

Thanks a lot

Hello,

You can change default "Allow" to  "Deny".

Conference 1 IncomingMultisiteCall Mode: Allow

Deny: An incoming call will be rejected if you are already in a call. You will not be notified
about the incoming call. However, the call will appear as a missed call in the call history list.

Just out of curiosity, are the unwanted incoming calls those that are coming from other codecs within your organization, or random calls from unknown endpoints that you do not recognize?

The unwanted calls are those coming in from known sites that want to connect up the call early. This is a nuisance for people already participating in an existing session
