Deny TCP error

currently i am facing a incoming call issue with polycom VC.

i can able to make call anywhere but the incoming call is not coming to my VC.

i have captured the logs for both condition.i am using a cisco firewall 5505.my WAN link is terminating on firewall,from firewall to switch.

Another issue with this setup is when we change the polycom vc with cisco,everything is working fine.
