BE6K (1 provisioning, 4-UC apps) running CM, Unity Cxn, Presence.. want to add VCS-C & VCS-E for video conferencing.

Will I need a another appliance to support VCS-E?

What size is your BE6K?

Take a look at the Collaboration Virtual Machine Placement Tool to see what's possible to see what's possible.  Also, look at the Unified Communications in a Virtualized Environment to see the system requirements of each of the applications to make sure the BE6K has the resources required.

I would suggest to go for BE6000H (High density). This supports up to 8 UC applications with Expressway Core (VCS-C) and Expressway Edge (VCS-E) already included and co-resident in one UCS M3 server. With the BE6000H, you don't need an appliance VCS-E because it can be deployed as VM in co-resident with other UC applications.
