Dial WebRTC call from Developer API command line of Cisco Room device

Can anyone let me know we dial Google or MSteams WebRTC calls from Developer API of any Cisco VC device.

Sorry to say but how to use this? 

Can i know exactly what commands need to type on api command line

I just run this command and getting below error 

xCommand WebRTC Join BookingId: 1 Url: "https://meet.google.com/vyi-krca-qib"

Some commands were rejected:

• xCommand WebRTC Join BookingId: 1 Url: "https://meet.google.com/vyi-krca-qib"

I think you will need to specify the type of meeting as well.
