Running an C40 and trying to dial both the Polycom and CISCO test numbers via IP only (No gatekeeper)
In direct mode.
Getting the following error:
Could not place to h.323 64.102.241.236 (which is the CISCO test number)
Any ideas ... There is a firewall in the network.
Verified ports and 1719/1720 are open bi directional

Hi Chet,
Check ALG on your firewall. Disable ALG for H323.
Also refer to these list of ports for H323 standalone (direct):
Try this settings on the codec:
Configuration->Advance Configuration->H323->Profile 1->Callsetup Mode: Direct
Configuration->Advance Configuration->H323->Profile 1->PortAllocation : Static
Enable NAT mode on the codec:
Configuration->Advance Configuration->H323->NAT->Address : YOUR_NAT_ADDRESS
Configuration->Advance Configuration->H323->NAT->Mode: ON (Try also set to Auto if ON won’t work)

Acevirgil
