I have a Webex Codec Pro that I am trying to make video calls to a Polycom HDX system. I am trying to call Direct between the units, there is just a unmanaged switch that both are connected to. I am currently able to receive calls when I dial from the Polycom, and when they connect there is good audio and video, but when I dial from the Webex to the Polycom, the Polycom see's the incoming call but when they connect, there is no video or audio being transmitted.
As the switch that is between the two in unmanaged there is no firewall or port settings.

There is no firewall between the two codecs. Just a simple unmanaged switch.
Or is that a setting on the actual polycom codec?
