Our coustomer has vcs and vcs expressway deployed already. We are trying to make it work with URI incoming dialing. But unfortunately, the customer rent the DNS service from some service provider and we are informed by the SP that SRV records( for H.323 and SIP service) are not allowed to be added. Facing this kind of situation, is there anything else we can do to make it work?

Can they delegate the DNS for the domain to another supplier?
Personally (i.e. for non-work related, own time projects) I have used https://dns.he.net/ and found them to be good.

As Guy advice, best approach is to delegate the DNS (domain management) to other supplier or host DNS server internally sync with external DNS server.
Not free of service but register.com provide good level of SRV management capability and reflect the any update quite quickly.

It depends on your needs. If you need to share the same domain for SIP/H323 and mail/web, you need a DNS provider with SRV records.
If you can use a subdomain (or a different domain), you can create an A Record pointing to your VCS E and use this subdomain as your SIP Domain / H323 Ids.
