It's possibly indicating that slide sharing to the proximity device is not supported.   TC7.3.6 is really old software for the SX20, and proximity isn't fully supported.  I'd suggest you consider upgrading your SX20 to one of the more recent software releases (the latest is CE9.3.1).

Wayne makes a good point, this is likely a proximity issue which isn't supported in TC code (although it generally works).  One thing to note is you can't go to CE code if you are using a Touch 8, you will need to upgrade to the Touch 10. The SX20 is the one "tweener" system from Cisco that bridged the gap between the C series and newer systems and as a result is the only endpoint that can work with either touch screen.
