Hello,
On multipurpose codecs, the resolution will drop when a multisite call is established using the onboard multisite bridging feature. Resolution drops as follows for the below endpoints:
SX20 resolution changes to 576p30
C40 resolution changes to 576p30
C60 resolution changes to 720p30
C90 resolution changes to 1080p30
If one applies a Premium Resolution licenses to the codec, does the resolution still drop? stay the same? or at least get bumped up slightly higher?
If it does increase the resolution, how much does it increase for each model?

Hi Kris,
Yes, the resolution will still drop in case there are any packet loss in the network or the bandwidth is not available.
In the case of less bandwidth available, the call would downspeed and the resolution and call quality would drop.
