Hi Everyone,
We have few Cisco SX80s in Our infra, Which we are using for Video conferencing between our offices and our clients.
We are using static NAT for these devices, Can anyone suggest is it required to Keep the static NAT or can we remove it.
Also Is it required to have a CA signed SSL certificate for SX80 Devices ?
As of now we do only have self signed certificate.
Thanks in Advance!!

IP and UDP port details are embedded in the SIP/SDP payload. You need static NAT and protocol inspection to make it work if the endpoints are standalone. They recommended design is registering them to something designed for firewall traversal. That would be CUCM with Expressway, Expressway only, or Cloud Device Reg directly to Webex Control Hub.

Keep in mind that the SX80 is not a good long-term solution as they are about to hit their end of support date on 31 October 2024 after which they are considered obsolete. You should consider replacing these with something that is more current and supportable.
