Does the Desk Pro have to be registered to the Cloud if using TMS

If I buy a Cisco Webex Desk Pro, and it will be registered through TMS (Cisco Telepresence Management Suite) do I have to pay for monthly registration to the Cisco Webex Cloud?

What functions won't work if I don't pay for registration?

What I want to use it for:

* Traditional SIP dialling through gatekeeper to other devices and Pexip

* Connect a laptop (I think USB-C is only option) so I can use the Desk Pro's camera/audio to join web-based conferencing such as Skype for Business, MS Teams, Pexip, Zoom

* Connect a laptop for screen-sharing (unsure if connecting via USB-C provides this, or if additional HDMI input from laptop is required)

* Connect a laptop and use Desk Pro as monitor

At present, I have a Cisco DX80 and no extra registration is required when registering to TMS.

You need the Webex registration license if you are going to use cloud feature and if you are going to use same desk pro as your DX80 you don't ned a webex cloud registration license.
