DSP_MANAGER Error's on TPS 8710

Hi,

Any clue what this error refer's to Telepresence Server 8710.

40857	02:45:59.419	DSP_MANAGER	Error	DSP 20483, object 00B746D3: Scaleto create, size too big (w=1280 h=2272)
40853	02:45:58.311	DSP_MANAGER	Error	DSP 20497, object 00C910C4: Scaleto create, size too big (w=1280 h=2272)

Looks like something is sending video with the height too big:

W=1280 H=2272

Can you isolate it to when one specific endpoint is in a call on the TPS?

Hello Nizamaddin,

I agree with Chris, that is a strange value for height to be sending. This error can also be caused by decoding invalid bitstreams because of invalid pixels aspect ratios.

The Telepresence Server handles invalid bitstreams much better in later releases.

In previous releases, if the TelePresence Server received invalid video data the system could become unstable. This release introduces enhanced checks to discard invalid data.
