DX 80 showing 'Unfortunately Status MessageLocationService has stopped'

I got a new DX 80 and after powering it up, it boots and ends up with 'Unfortunately Status MessageLocationService has stopped' message. 

It doesn't allow me to create a problem report.  

I tried to factory reset by holding the up volume key but I did not see any flicker on mute button.

Let me know if there are any ways to over come this error.

I had the similar issue on our DX-80, but it was ''google search engine has stooped'' and this message pop-up every 3-5 sec. I did the following:

Menu-->Settings-->Apps-->swipe to the left (all apps) and then for me it was ''google search'' but in your situation it should be ''google location'', then you need to press on ''force stop'' and ''clear cash''.
