HI
I can't get my DX80 to work as a second monitor with a Dell docking station. The docking station does not have a HDMI connection. What type of adapter should I buy?

What model Dell docking station do you have? What video out ports does it have?
If VGA, how about a VGA to HDMI adapter?

Depending on what type of docking station you have, and what ports it has on it, it may be just as simple as purchasing a cable like a DVI->HDMI cable, or a DisplayPort->HDMI cable. If it's a very old one with VGA, then a VGA->HDMI converter may be required - but most modern devices don't have VGA on them any more.
Note: I have moved your discussion to the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in.
