I have a user with a DX80 when they turned it on it displays Service Activation Required. We are using the CE OS and MRA to UCM.
Any help would be helpful

so it was working at one point using MRA and now its not?
because the error "activation required" usually means it was registered to the cloud control hub and the registrations has been deleted or it was temporary. So you would need to get a new activation codec to register it back.
but if you are saying it was working before with MRA to ucm on prem then this is a weird error. I would perhaps factory reset the codec and re-register to ucm.

It could be that your device is still expecting the Startup Wizard process to be completed.
Try going to the web interrace of the device, then Setup > Configuration, type "runstart" in the search box, and set the "SystemUnit RunStartupWizard" setting to "False".
