I was going through the settings to re-configure and after i reset call services, it's been looping at the Cisco Boot Logo.
Both the pinhole button on the back and the volume up + mute button trick don't appear to do anything. Any other suggestions?

Hello
If it sticks at Cisco logo and you are not able to perform factory reset as well using mute and volume up button then it's most likely hardware issue
Open a case with TAC and get it replaced through RMA
thanks

Have you tried with it disconnected from the network? If it's connected to the network, it may be trying unsuccessfully to download new software from the call control platform it was previously connected to.

A RMA through the TAC would be your best option then for the DX80 - or wait until Feb 2020 and purchase the new Webex Desk Pro which is a much better endpoint.

Hi, I have the same issue with my DX 80.
Can I connect through SSH to read the logs to detect the issue?
