E&M Leads signaling Suppression or disabling

Hi Folks I have Communications system which uses 4 wire for Receive and transmit the system is a dedicated or always on. We mistakenly bought E&M interface because we wanted to use it the four wires for voice transmission. In this case we see no need for signaling ? Is there any way of disabling the signaling since the system is dedicated? If not what is the other alternative?
