We have a problem with call quality to certain sites accross europe on an E20.
I would like to look at the network logs on the E20 to find out if there is any packet loss etc.
I have logged into the E20 and looked at Historical logs but cannot find anything relating to packet loss.
Can anyone advise on where I would find this information on the endpoint?

normally, you can find out the information from the VCS-C (if the system has regsitered) in the Call details.

Hi Nick,
Logs will not have details for the packet loss .
You can use xstaus cammnad during call , It will provide information about call ststus , packetloss etc..
