Enable TMS agent data replication for system:event failled

this was working before and the dns sever was shut down for some hours after some days movi client were showing message like conection rejected by the sever,and vcs was showing that the directory service database is not running.

i have rebooted the vcs but still showing the message

i run the diagnostics and fixed errors but the event failled   

H.323 client are registering fine

Hi

Since you have your local TMSAgent intact I would recommend you to upgrade to TMS 13.2.2 / VCS X7.2.1and migrate to TMS Provisioning Extension. However this requires a release key for the VCS going from X5 -rk-> X6 -rk-> X7

If the directory service on the VCS is not running you could try to repair it. There is a very good document here:

Here you will find instructions on how to reset the directory service on the VCS (under rebuilding the TMSAgent on the VCS) if TMSPE is not applicable.
