Hello guys,

I got a P2P between CTS3010 and TX9200 and it keeps disconnecting with the below error message. Anyone has an idea what is the root of this please ?

Thanks.

What software versions are the CTS and TX running?

One of the error messages came up in bug search: CSCto35074.  Can you try to upgrade both the CTS and TX to the latest software version, if they aren't already, and try the call again?

Hi Patrick,

Is this bug CSCto35074. causing this issue?

Comparing the logs to the bug details, it appears to be the issue you're facing, though the software version you're running is newer than the fixed version.  The latest software version being CTS1.10.16(4).   You can contact TAC and reference security advisory cisco-sa-20160504-openssl, which will give you free access to CTS1.10.16(4) due to security vulnerabilities in older software versions.
