ERROR: Other diagnostics check: TouchPanelConnection

i have a problem with my TelePresence MX200, i tried to accee it through it's TouchPanelConnection, but i can't, so i tried to access it through the one belongs the EX90 and EX60 but with no use, when i tried the TouchPanelConnection which belongs to MX200 to get accsess to EX90 it works just fine

i always got that message"Lost Connection with touch Screen" and when i try access it theough web interface i got the message " ERROR: Other diagnostics check: TouchPanelConnection" at the Diagnostics TAP

please help me out to overcome this problem and get that MX200 works

Is this a MX200 G1?

What is firmware version of your MX200?

Have you tried doing a factory reset of the MX200?

You can factory reset using the web interface or physically using the reset button located at the back of the unit. Refer to page 109 on this guide:
