ERROR: Video From Internal Camera The internal camera is not transmitting video.

Hello I have a Webex Room Kit with a P60 Camera setup, no quad camera from Cisco. 

Even though the camera is showing as paired and pulling the camera information, the endpoint is still giving me an error.

"ERROR: Video From Internal Camera

The internal camera is not transmitting video."

I have Factory Reset the unit and upgraded to the latest firmware. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Am I missing something?

Hello All, 

Issue has been resolved. 

The HDMI cable was not secure. 

I had the onsite installer check the cables one last time.
