The cisco EX60 is registered on the CUCM but it does not receive the phone book directory. All other IP phones receives the directory.
Cisco User Data Services is active and running.
Cucm System version: 9.1.1.20000-5
EX60 Software version: TC6.3.1.f768649

You need to mention the Phonebook URL on your EX60 to be able to fetch the CUCM Phonebook.
Logon to EX60 go to Configuration> Phonebook Server > URL and mention the URL in this format:
https://<CUCM_IP_Address>:8443/cucm-uds/users
You can first test by opening this URL on a browser to verify if it is correct.

I have checked the link in the browser and it worked, then i have applied the same in the EX60 configuration and it got the phone book directory.
