Good morning, I have a Touch8 panel for an EX90 video unit which is not working. It stopped working - nothing on the screen and only the exclamation mark is highlighted - whilst connected to another EX90 has same result.
Have looked at various forums and some suggest a factory reset and some suggest rolling back the firmware until prior to a certain version when there was a known issue.
Any suggestions? Does anyone have one spare (ha worth a try!).

Take a look at thread: white-exclamation-button-telepresence-touch-panel, appears the solution is to contact TAC for an RMA and get a replacement.

Thanks Patrick, thought I would ask but that thread seems to confirm it cannot be fixed. We don't have these under a service contract unfortunately.
