Greetings,
Have an EX60 in a remote office that I need to access via its web interface. Don't know how it came to be disabled. Do not have telnet or ssh access. Factory reset is not an option.
What are the exact steps to re-enable the NetworkServices HTTP Mode from the Touch Controller menu?
I just tried walking through the menu with a somewhat savvy worker at this remote office, but she could find nothing under the settings, administrator settings menu that said "network services".
I've also read and reread the the user and administrator guide with no success. The only instruction I can find there is how to enable and disable this setting via the web interface. I won't comment on that... :-)
Thanks in advance,
Kim

Hi Kim,
EX60 touch panel gives limited access to the settings and network services where you can enable/disable ssh, telnet or http/https is not available through touch panel.
are you able to do HTTPS ?
if you manage these devices through TMS, then you can push HTTP setting to ON on device
without that you dont have much options than factory reset

Thanks, Amit. Sorry I've been delayed in my reply. Neither http or https works.
We do not have a TMS, so looks like we'll have to visit this remote office and reset this device to factory.
Thank you again for your reply.
