I have an EX60 that I upgrade from TC5.x to TC6.0.1. TMS says the upgrade worked, and the web interface shows the TC6.0.1 interface, but the touchpad on the EX60 is displaying "software upgrade in progress". I performed a factory reset, but that did not help. What do I need to do to get this device back into operation?

I upgraded the endpoint again to TC6.0.1 and fixed it up. Was there anything else I could have done?

Hi Darren,
Have seen this beheviour in past , In my case issue was resolved by removing & reconnecting touchpanel physically .
