Exporting Syslogs

TMS and CUCM don't create detailed alerts when Codecs run self-diagnosis and identify issues. How can I export those diagnosis logs for monitoring?

Endpoints don't support syslogs. You'll need to login to the endpoint and download the log bundles manually.

is there any other way to monitor the status of the endpoint outside of TMS or CUCM?

Andy,

Not that I am aware of, as I mentioned in our ticket; you can have the codec dump registered events to an HTTP server.

Otherwise, you could program something to gather the status.xml from each codec on a regualr basis.
