In room controls - displaying external web page

Hi, 

I'm trying to determine if it is possible for the in room controls in CE8 to reference a webpage and display it on the touchpanel. In the attached example, it is implied that a user can pull up a training video. I'd just like to point to a web page with a help file.

Thoughts on how this would be done?

It's not possible to do what you're looking for.  The In-Room Controls are meant to send commands to an external third-party control processor to control equipment located in the room such as lights or blinds.
