I've been trying to chase down why video calls to/from Jabber won't go above 1280x720 (720p). Looking at Expressway on active/previous calls, every single call has "bandwidth allocated 1536kbps". I can't seem to get this rate to go up no matter what CUCM sets the max rate at. Anyone seen this before?

Have you checked on your Expressway Configuration to see if you are doing any rate limitation there?
Are you limiting the default call?
Configuration > Bandwidth > Configuration > Default call bandwidth
Do you have any Links and Pipes configured with bandwidth limits?
Configuration > Bandwidth > Links
Configuration > Bandwidth > Pipes
Do any of your subzones have bandwidth restrictions?
Configuration > Local Zone > Default Subzone
Configuration > Local Zone > Traversal Subzone
Please remember to mark helpful responses and to set your question as answered if appropriate.

Great pointers, however unfortunately all of those area are set at Unlimited. The default call bandwidth is set at 8m just in case. I just put some random high number to give the call plenty of bandwidth if need be. Where else could this limitation be coming from?
