For some reason when I try to connect my Radivison Scopia gateway S40 to a conference in my MCU I keep getting "far end gatekeeper refused call" now this gateway enables us to take our IP based network and utilize the ISDN circuit that we have to the other site and connect into their IP based network which is located on a completely different network.
When I put myself on a local loopback from my modem I can see myself so I know my local loopback is good and the remote site can also give me a good loop back from their modem, but when we drop that loopback and try to connect to each other the MCU refuses to make that call. It keeps saying "far end gatekeeper refused call" my MCU is a Codian MCU version 4.1 and my Gateway is a Radvision Scopia Gateway S40.
Can anyone help? Why am I getting this error message?
