If I have a Cisco Board Pro and a Room Kit that will be used for Webex meetings and as a presentation screen,  what is the 

1. Mandatory licenses required to enable the full functionality of both devices for Webex and presentations?
2. Optional licenses that can be considered, and what additional functionality they provide?

To register the device on the Webex cloud, you need the Device Registration License, which comes free with Flex-3 Knowledge Worker if you have purchased Flex-3.

If not, you will need to get the Device Registration License separately to use your device in meetings
