You should be able to use a standard XLR to Phoenix/Euroblock adaptor (or you can re-wire the mic current mic cables to the euroblock directly). You can buy these adaptor cables on-line if you don't want to make them yourself.
The pinout would be:
XLR pin 1 to Euro Block Ground and Cable Shield
XLR pin 2 to Euro Block Positive
XLR pin 3 to Euro Block Negative
You can't connect one of these directly to a SX20 or a RoomKit / RoomKit Plus endpoint, there are a few different ways to do this (none of which are officially supported). You can see some of the ways in this thread: Cisco audio science ceiling mic and SX20
