Dear All,
I am trying to add new SX10 endpoint to VCS X8.1 . It's not getting registerd with h.323 as Gatekeeper . I am able to register with SIP.Configuration is straighforward i just added in the codec page h.323 Gatekeeper address . It shows inactive. How to fix the issue?

You don't mention what software version you are running on the SX10.
H.323 call support was only added to the SX10 from software version CE8.2.0.
You also need to make sure you have enabled H.323 (it is disabled by default) on the Network Services Page of the GUI, or via the CLI with:
xConfiguration NetworkServices H323 Mode: On

Don't the gatekeeper logs give any clues?

I Couldn't find h.323 meessage in diagnostic logs..
Below is the Gatekeeper cnonfiguration
Call Setup Mode:Gatekeeper
Encrypion Key Size:MAX1024BIT
GateKeeper IP:
Port Allocation:Static
E164:212@domain.com
ID:212

SX software version is CE 8.2.2 Fina 326v59
