Hi guys, pretty simple question which might not have an answer.
We're setting up a bunch of SX20s with ISDN Links, and all of them end up showing 'Not registered (System_Name)'.
It looks a bit untidy and is almost certain to make the user think there's a fault as soon as the slightest thing goes wrong, like the far end not being switched on when they try to call or something.
Any way to hide this or force only the system name to show?
Hopefully I'm just doing something very silly.
:D! Bonus points: How do you display the incoming ISDN number as apposed to the connected ISDN Link name.

When you're connected with an ISDNLink, the endpoint and the Link communicate via SIP, so there's no need (if you're also not connected to an IP network) to have H.323 enabled at all. If you set H.323 to off, this will also get rid of the "not registered" message.
You only need to set it to "direct" if you're using it via H.323 in a standalone manner to make calls over an IP network as well as being able to use the ISDN.

Not to worry, if anyone else ever has the same problem, just change the CallSetup setting form Gatekeeper to Direct. That will clear it up.
If someone wants to copy and paste what I just wrote into a new reply, I'll mark it as the answer so future people can see.
