You need to explain exactly what it is that you have tried, and what errors you're getting/seeing

As per the CSR compatibility matrix, you need to have TC7.x firmware version on your CUCM 10.5 for Telepresence C-series endpoints:
Do you have auto-registration enabled on CUCM? or Have you manually added the C20 to CUCM?
Have you provisioned your C20 to register with CUCM?
Are you getting any errors while trying to register the device?

Hi Shashank
The c20 has 4.X firmware version, I configure the device on CUCM, the CUCM hasn´t auto-registration, I configure provison to registrer on CUCM.
I follow this doc:
http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/codec-c-series/tc7/administration-guide/administering-endpoints-running-tc72-on-ucm1051.pdf
thanks for support.

TC4 is extremely ancient, and subject to numerous security vulnerabilities and compatibility bugs.
It's highly recommended that you upgrade to one of the more recent software releases (TC7.3.6 is the latest at the date of this post).
If your device is covered under an active service contract, you should be able to download and install this software from the Cisco web site.
If you do not have an active service contract, you should be able to contact the Cisco TAC and get a free once-off upgrade to TC7 to address some of these security vulnerabilities as per the "customers without service contracts" section of a number of the security advisories (this one for example: cisco-sa-20140605-openssl).
