How do you install/upload a device pack on CUCM System Version: 9.1.1.20000-5

We received our new DX80. On the CUCM 9.1.2 phone list the DX80 is not listed. I believe we need to install the device pack or does the CUCM still needs to be upgraded.

cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.13057-1.cop.sgn.

How do i install the device pack.
