Hello,
How far can you extend the SX80 codec from the SpeakerTrak 60? I want to rack mount the codec but didn't see anywhere how far away the codec can be from the SpeakerTrak 60. Mainly worried about the HDMI cables to both cameras.
Thanks in advance.
Mark

If you're just using HDMI cables, we've managed to stretch cameras out to around 15 metres with a quality cable. If you use HDMI->Twisted Pair externders, you can get much greater distances (and different extenders will give you differring distances, but usually are around the 50m mark for full HD). We successfully do that in a number of our rooms.
Obviously, as the control is done over Ethernet, the usual 100 metre limit applies to that as a pure "Cat6" copper cable run, but you can go further with Fibre or with additional active equipment if you really need to.
