Hello how do a submit a feature request for a product? I saw a few bugfixes similar to my issue. It's basically the endpoint Spark Room Kit Plus is not supported to Sharp monitors. This is an issue as we have a lot of Sharp displays in the field, it's specific to the 2nd video port not responding & waking up & sending video to the display. How can we get this supported in some sort of request? I opened a TAC case & they said update to the latest version, but I see nothing in there that it actually was corrected.
-thanks,

What software version are you running on the Codec Plus? The Sharp monitoris are listed as a product that supports CEC in the latest CE9.6 version Admin guide. (Sharp calls it "Aquos Link").
You will need to make sure that the Aquos Link is enabled on your display and that the CEC Mode is turned on for the output(s) of the codec plus.
It is also important to make sure that the cables you are using support CEC which is a separate electrical signal (on Pin 13 of the HDMI connector) from the other HDMI signals.
Note: the recommended displays (as also listed in the Admin Guide) are the LG and Samsung displays.
But to answer your question on how to log a Feature Request, the response by @Ratheesh Kumar is correct - the way to do this is through your Cisco Account Manager.
