I am firstly assuming that you have your DX80 configured and registered to be able to make a H.323 call, and it's not just configured for SIP. So, if it's all configured right, and you are trying to dial a polycom H.323 format address that looks like "10.10.10.10##12345" (which is a non-standard polycom format), then you need to transform it to a standards based H.323 Annex O address format to be able to dial it from the DX80, so it would look like "12345@10.10.10.10".

Thank Wayne,
I have tested successful with format: 12345@10.10.10.10. But then i need enter the password and follow by #.
So, have any format we can enter the room with only 1 step?

Using similar to the above, you can try dialling with [Meeting ID].[Password]@[IP Address]
So, if the IP address is 10.10.10.10, the meeting ID is 12345 and the password is 87890, you could dial 12345.67890@10.10.10.10.
That format definitely works with things like Zoom and Bluejeans, but may or may not work with whatever you are dialling to depending on how the Polycom end is configured.
