How to choose H.323 alias over E.164 to make the call

From a c-series endpoint managed by a local TMS server, if I pick an entry from the "Directory" to dial a call remote endpoint's e.164 was always used instead of its H.323 alias.   Is there a way I can reverse the called H.323 selection order, i.e. name first over e.164?

Administrative Tools --> Conference Settings:Advanced Conference Options:

Set "Prefer H.323 ID over E.164 Alias" to "Yes"
