You need to switch it to CE8.3 if it's still running Android OS (android is CUCM only). From there take a look at the CE8.3 admin guide on configuration, it's all in there.

I already upgrade two to CE 8.3, I follow the admin guide, but is not working

they get registered and are able to receive calls, but they can not place them.

I did a capture using extended system log, check it with wireshark and apparently the DX is not sending the call request to the proxy.

Any idea?

So your SIP server is NOT receiving the INVITE?  Can you share your packet capture of the failed call attempt?

Sure this is it:

Using Wireshark, I looked at your .pcap file of the DX80 call. I've attached a screen shot of the Wireshark filtered call.

There are SIP INVITE's going out to 2120@66.226.73.200 with NO response. I see these are UDP packets which might be a problem.  What if you set your SIP DefaultTransport to TCP?

You could also see if there is some router blocking the traffic.
