How to configure DID on endpoint

helping out my colleague on configuring the video system to have a DID on an endpoint (Spark).

if you could point us in right direction i would be grateful.

Hi,

  1. If video endpoint is registered with on-premise CUCM, then you can configure DID Number as DN on video endpoint. You need to configure other parameters of the dial plan such as Partition, CSS, Translation Pattern etc. to make it work.   2. If video endpoint is registered with Webex Cloud and you want to use DID number with on-premise CUCM then you do so by completing earlier step and then following Cisco Webex Hybrid Call Service Deployment Guide:   https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cloudCollaboration/spark/hybridservices/callservices/cmgt_b_ciscospark-hybrid-call-service-config-guide.html
