Hi,
I have a VCS-C & VCS-E running software ver 7.2.2. The VCS-E is located in a DMZ, we have just changed the IP Addresses on the VCS-E according to the Cisco documentation and with some assistance from Cisco TAC. Ever since then, ALL external calls inbound land OK but when there is no video or audio and the call quickly drops.
We have changed any static routes in place, along with the default gateway etc... Firewall rules have all been checked, changed and double checked.
Can anyone answer a couple of questions for me:
Any ideas around why only Inbound calls are affected - outbound calls work fine.
When a call is active between an internal endpoint and an external caller via the VCS-E, does the endpoint talk directly to the VCS-E or does the VCS-C manage this?
Regards
Neil
