Hi, we have a Precision Room Kit Plus 60 in a conference room and they aren't able to hear sound coming INTO the room from outside parties, but the outside parties can hear them. We tried restarting the system, restarted the Touch10, the TV, confirmed the TV is not the issue, what else could it be?
