As you know, the Meetings screen of TP phone shows upcoming meetings. the clock displayed correctly at top-left, like 18:19 07/17/11, but in second line the date of scheduled meeting is not today, like 05/23/06
Any help will be very much approciated

Correct... While the phone may have the right date as it can pick up the date / time from the SIP messages it receives, the actual scheduled meeting information gets fed to the phone display from the codec. So, if there is no NTP server set, the codec may have an incorrect date, and it will show the meetings for that day, even though the phone clock shows the correct date.

The Telepresence IP Phone will show two times ,
1.The Date time of the phone (on the Upper Left corner)
2.The date time of the Codec (On the Midlet)
IP Phones takes the NTP reference from the “Phone NTP Reference configured” in the CUCM.
There could be possibilities that both devices (Codec and IP Phone)are configured for different NTP reference .This can be verified from the Date time Group settings in CUCM .
Sometimes One NTP server is not working and this results in this issue.
For Telepresence installation it is recommended to use the same NTP.
Kindly log into the codec CLI using SSH and then check for the NTP Status.
If the NTP server is not in sync ,Then add a working NTP server in the relevant Date time settings (in CUCM)and then add it to the device pool used by this codec .
If all the other device in this device pool are in syc with the NTP and this is the only codec which is not in sync then Some time re-subscribing to the device pool might fix this issue

Have found the cause is codec does not sync up with NTP server, rejoin the device pool may fix it
