There are many ways of changing how much bandwidth a call will use, with settings on the endpoints, or the infrastructure, so there is no one easy answer to your "how do I calculate the bandwidth" question.
I suggest you have a look at some of the guides and tables within them which can show different bandwidth requirements for different resolutions / fps / etc. There's some good ones in the IX Software Features Guide - see the "Sample Bandwidth Calculations" section.
Another table to help would be the one on Page 10 of Tomas's Cisco TelePresence Network Recommendations presentation that can be found at: https://www.terena.org/activities/e2e/ws3/slides/101130-cisco-Tomas.pdf
Note: Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in - I'd suggest, if the above hasn't answered your query, that you move your discussion over there.
