Have a SX80 joining video conferences via SIP gateway to Bluejeans video meeting or MS Teams/Pexip gateway.
At different intermittent times (sometimes 10 minutes or 60+ minutes into meeting), the incoming video signal will drop and not display on the room display. The audio continues to work fine. The conference call is maintained. And then the video comes back on its own after a ~20 second delay. The remote participants on Bluejeans/Teams experience no issue with their video feed from the room camera.
Used in a high profile exec room. Any ideas on cause?
